Ruma is originally from India and has recently moved to the Netherlands beginning of 2024. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from India. Post her Master’s, she has worked as an HR Business Partner and Talent Management Advisor in manufacturing companies across India.

In her free time, she loves travelling and enjoys painting, dancing and reading.
