Kristina is originally from Ukraine, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Law and started her recruitment career in the maritime industry. For the past five years, she has been living in Poland, where she completed a Master’s degree in Managerial Economics. During this time, she strengthened her skills in talent acquisition, focusing on hiring scientists and engineers in the pharmaceutical and energy sectors.

In her free time, Kristina enjoys visiting the seaside, reading books on professional development, and taking different classes simply driven by curiosity.
