After three years of recruiting for IT, I widened my recruitment expertise to Space by researching candidates for space-related as well as internal vacancies at major players in the space industry such as EUMETSAT, ESOC, and ESTEC.

As a Sociology graduate from the Complutense University in my hometown Madrid, I learnt the ins and outs of interpersonal communication and developed the professional skill I’m most proud of - my ability to understand and deal with people in a variety of situations.

My work at CS Group - Germany / HE Space is exciting as I constantly dive deeper into recruitment for Space, broaden my knowledge of different profiles within the space industry and ultimately gain a more comprehensive view of how other sectors work too. It’s a fantastic way to enrich my professional experience and fuel my desire to continue growing.

Outside of work, I enjoy the simple things in life such as spending time with friends and having a nice meal. I also love getting to know different cultures and their gastronomies.
