As a Sociology graduate from the Complutense University in his hometown Madrid, Andrés learnt the ins and outs of interpersonal communication and developed the professional skill he is most proud of - his ability to understand and deal with people in a variety of situations.
After three years of recruiting for IT, Andrés widened his expertise to recruitment for Space.
His work at CS Group / HE Space is exciting as he constantly dives deeper into recruitment for Space, broadening his knowledge of different profiles within the space industry and ultimately gaining a more comprehensive view of how other sectors work too. It’s a fantastic way to enrich his professional experience and fuel his desire to continue growing.
Outside of work, Andrés enjoys the simple things in life such as spending time with friends and having a nice meal. He also loves getting to know different cultures and their gastronomies.
