Relocation assistance

If you have to relocate to join us, we will provide financial, advisory and hands-on support. We help you and your family navigate your way through registrations, permits, accommodation, schooling and all the other bits and pieces which you might encounter. 

Our goal is to minimise the upheaval and allow you to concentrate on your exciting new career challenge.

Professional development

In cooperation with you and your technical manager, we will identify your development needs best suited to your role and ambitions to help you to stay motivated and enjoy your work. Together we will work to achieve your professional development goals.

Health and safety

As well as keeping you informed about health and safety at work, we encourage fitness through our sports club support. In the Netherlands we also run health-promoting workshops and you have access to our company bicycle scheme.

Keep ourselves up to date

As part of our job, we make sure to be aware of any changes in labour law that might affect our employees and to keep them informed. We have good contacts with experts in this field and we attend regular training courses and workshops so that we keep abreast of developments in taxation, social security and employment law.

Social events

We like to socialise! You get many opportunities to network with your colleagues – over regular lunches on-site and at our offices or during our drinks, for example. We also regularly host company-wide social events – New Year’s parties and summer events where you and your family are always welcome.
