Ruma is originally from India and relocated to the Netherlands in early 2024. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from India. Ruma is a driven HR professional with 7 years of experience in overcoming organization and people challenges through HR initiatives, driving improvement in employee performance, development and engagement.
After her Master’s, she has worked as an HR Business Partner and Talent Management Advisor in manufacturing companies across India.
As HR Advisor at HE Space in Noordwijk, she supports our ESTEC-based employees in the Netherlands.
She is enthusiastic about working with teams and collaborating strategically with leaders to build a robust people culture.
In her free time, she loves travelling and enjoys painting, dancing and reading.
