Originally from Bulgaria, Viktoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Management from UNWE in Sofia (Bulgaria) and a Master's degree in Organisational Design and Development from Radboud University in Nijmegen (The Netherlands).
Viktoria has more than 5 years of recruitment and direct sales experience. She believes people are a company’s most valuable asset and her philosophy towards recruitment is ‘quality delivered in an efficient and timely manner’.
